Review and Permit Fees:

The Town of Slaughter Beach requires fees for the following reviews and approvals:

PERMIT PRICING

Updated and Approved by Town Council, August 21, 2023.

Permit requests for work valued between $1 and $1,500 = $50.00

Permit requests for work valued between $1,501 and $2,500 = $75.00

Permit requests for work valued between $2,501 and $3,500 = $100.00

Permit requests for work valued between $3,501 and $5,000 = $125.00

Requests valued at more than $5,001 and new homes are assessed by a percentage of .00375 (three tenths and three quarters of a percent) in addition to the $125.00 base permit charge.

Zoning Review Fees:

New building or addition: $100

Alterations: $ 25
