Slaughter Beach Marsh Hydrology Study

The Town of Slaughter Beach is pleased to share the following report, initiated in 2019 by Delaware Geological Survey and Delaware Emergency Management Agency with funding from DNREC. The report studied causes and pathways of back-barrier flooding on Slaughter Beach as well as potential mitigation and adaptation strategies that could be put into place to deter and prevent future problems.
