Third Annual Red Knot Festival May 16th at Slaughter Beach
Date Posted: Wednesday, May 6th, 2026The third annual Red Knot Festival will be at the Slaughter Beach Pavilion on May 16th, Saturday from noon to 4pm, with events and activities from the beach to the DuPont Nature Center. Meant to bring attention to the protections needed for the Red Knot and other protected and endangered species along the Delaware Bay coast, this event has grown steadily while remaining family friendly.
